I can dig it. I'm hoping it's more a case of her just not exposing her daughter to those movies until she's a bit older and they can talk about these sorts of things, rather than her just outright forbidding them. Three years old is a little young to try and have a conversation about the roles of the female characters in most Disney movies from that era.

Not that there's anything wrong with people who grow up on those movies, mind you. I watched all those movies when I was a kid, and apart from being a giant hopeless romantic, I'm fine.
