We know that it hasn't hurt her career in any meaningful way. Was she ever living hand-to-mouth? Was there any point when she didn't know where her next meal would come from? Was she living in her car? I doubt that any of those things happened to her - but those are things that this country inflicts on people for no reason whatsoever, except for poverty, all the time. I got no sympathy for her and I think, if she's your central concern, that's grotesque.
