I have someone kinda like that, who leaves long reviews, sometimes with crazy alternate scenarios (usually involving porn) that are amusing, but don't fit with the tone of my work -- or she'll criticize something she shouldn't. I mean, if I screw up, fine, call me on it, but when it's just your opinion and you go on and on about why what I did is WRONG (or you get CANON wrong, in your argument!), I get annoyed. I wouldn't mind so much if it was on AO3, because I could publicly defend myself, but it's on FFN, where I'd have to address it in a A/N on the next chapter, and that just feels... petty, or something. So then I just hope no one bothers to read long reviews and take her opinion as gospel.

Since hardly anyone comments on my work, though, I don't want her to stop. She notices things and compliments me on them when no one else does. Sounds like that's not the case with yours :( which sucks. If you can reply or PM, I'd go that route first and see how they respond, as others have suggested.
