Speaking as a very frequent reader of A03 and in-frequent writer...I almost never read reviews. especially long wall o' text reviews. And I certainly don't hold obviously crazy reviewers against the *author*. And on the fics where I've gotten lots of comments, none of them seem to be aware of each other or chatting in the comments either. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
