Horses. I can't even describe why. They just freak me right out. I can tolerate spiders most of the time, but certain media interpretations (looking at you, Skyrim and Limbo) make me jittery.

Open doorways/uncovered windows at night. I always think I'm going to see someone standing there. I used to have recurring nightmares of someone standing at my bedroom door as a teen.

I wouldn't say I avoid any of them as such in media. Sometimes I'll deliberately view them to try and desensitise myself but it hasn't worked yet. :<
