Fear of heights and of needles - If I'm watching a movie/TV show, I look away during the scene and hope they'll be over when I look back. If playing a game and going through a high area, I deal with it the same way I do IRL...grip something (mouse or controller) tight and focus on the path, actively ignoring view toward the ground, and move slowly and carefully.

Claustrophobia really only becomes an issue when playing games...I either avoid going there, or hurry through as fast as possible...again the same way I deal with it in IRL. (Oddly, still images of tiny living spaces can trigger it for me, too. Not sure why it's only that specific context.)
