Re: Inspired by #1- what genre will get you every time

I'm a sucker for spies and/or court intrigue in fantasy. Shady dealings are my jam. Also, more a character than a genre, but I love the whole 'noble fugitive from a corrupt regime' thing.

Also, anything involving fairies. Well. Fae/elves, not so much the palm-sized pixie type fairies. Though those too, in worlds with the others as well. Pooka/nucklavee/selkies/swan-maids/boogeymen/hobgoblins, all of those. I grew up on portal fantasies into the world of the fairies and/or old gods, so it left a mark.
