I understand how you feel, anon, my brain is wired the same terrible way. I can go out and have a great time with people and come home convincing myself they all secretly hate me. I think it's good to take a step back and be meta. "This is me being anxious about people not liking me" rather than "People maybe don't like me." Once you take that step back, it might be easier to help identify these feelings as irrational.
