I’ve had pubic trichotillomania for maybe 10 years now. Every time I go to the bathroom, I can’t avoid seeing it, and seeing it gives me the urge to pull it out. I tried shaving it once, but it felt really weird and scratchy against my clothes until it grew back. It’s had minimal effect on my life, so I don’t worry about it, but I don’t think I’ve ever told anyone. Now I have.

Have you tried talking/seeing someone about it?
It's good you were finally able to tell people about it regardless, I hope it gets better!
