I just watched it with my cat!

It looks nice. Baby Simba is adorable & precious & I love him.

I plan on going with my BFF and her daughter, who will be 3-3 1/2. It'll be her first movie in theatres.

Why are they calling it live action, though?

It's all CGI, isn't it? That isn't live action, I don't care if they used motion capture.

I actually thought they were going to do something like the play, but I guess not.

It's extraordinarily cheap, like I rent a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment for under $900/month.

pretty much everything apart from the fact that it can be a bit pricey. (SF bay area)

No need to have a car, there are a million and one things to do, and no end of job opportunities in my field.

It's beautiful with lots of woods and hills, there's a relatively low population density so not a whole lot of traffic or crowds. Cost of living is fairly reasonable.

What are your favorite holiday foods?

Rough Spot for my family

Hey everyone. I'd appreciate any positive thoughts or whatever you could send my way.

So, you all know I had surgery and am still in recovery mode. My mother is still recovering from her own surgery and was supposed to have a second surgery on Monday. Well, now, that may not happen. Because my dad took a really hard fall in the kitchen at around 10PM. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital. My sister went with him. No news yet. But he bumped his head pretty hard and it looked like he'd injured his hip as well.

I sent a 3 part tumblr message to someone I don't follow (they were accepting prompts for a pairing we both ship) and I failed to click the ask anonymously button on the third and final message. Now I feel like an idiot & worry I'm going to have trouble falling asleep.
