I'd get rid of Hawkeye's family and the Nat/Bruce thing. It made no sense. Not only was there no build up, but she had closer relationships with other people where less buildup would be needed. There just wasn't anything to give any suggestion that she'd had feelings for him until they slapped us in the face with it. They'd had one scene alone together.
