Count me as one of those unlucky few secret maker. To be fair though, hemlock grove was an entertaining queerbaiting hot mess though. I don’t think anything could have saved that fun but stupid show.

AGREED OP. I mean sure the pirates gave her the armor and stuff but it just came off as her taking over their agency and badness. She was a better character and hotter too before that set of things happened.

I too have characters that looks like an offbrand knockoff of a more famous character. No one has mentioned it to me yet, but if they did, I wonder how I'd react. Definitely not with indignation, but perhaps instead coyly.

I've seen my own fair-share of official media pull of ripoffs of already existing characters in more shallow and exploitative ways. In terms of that I think I'm alright with just having fun making silly stories for myself on the internet. No shame.

I hope there's no Aang/Katara but if there has to be, it would be nice if the ending made more sense to where they were than the cartoon.
