Nayrt but Katara was 14 IIRC, not "a few years older", and Zuko was 16. Either way the age difference is the same.

Also naryt but clearly Katara and Zuko had hit puberty and Aang had not.

Hitting puberty doesn't somehow make her magically a full adult immediately. A big theme of the show, in fact, was how these children were forced into roles they weren't ready for--even Sokka and Zuko were far too young for that much responsibility.

I'm not saying that, though? What I am saying is that because of their respective physical development, the Katara/Aang kiss at the end of the series made me very uncomfortable.

Dude but no. The difference between 12 and 14 - especially when one party is clearly prepubescent - is much more than the difference between 14 and 16.
