I try to buy food as locally as possible on farmers markets (for meat and produce, also honey!). Store-bought meat and veggies are just sad. (and often spoil super quickly).

I tend to avoid most mainstream / super popular cosmetic brandds (J&J, Loreal, Unilever) because of animal testing and because my scientific background makes me go "JFCYIKES" nearly everytime i read the ingredient labels.

Boycott LUSH bc they boycott israel (they have no stores there and they don't ship there).

Also, no Starbucks for me. I am guilty of often going there in the past because it was "easy" for me (personal stuff), but now i try to make an effort to support the local (also amazing) coffeehouses in my city.

Amazon. I try to order as little as possible there, because that business practice is horrible, to say the least.
