Agreed so hard. My apartment is Kitsch City - I love colorful crap and knickknacks - and it makes me so happy to come home to something lively. All white and beige rooms suck my will to live.

If I ever own my own place, I'll paint each room a different color. Deep colors. Red. Green. Purple. Just, in your face colors.
