I've been watching several streamers do full-series playthroughs in anticipation of KH3, and as someone who never got into the series BECAUSE of the clunky controls... it really seems like they didn't figure it out until Dream Drop Distance. Which is a hell of a ways in, and has its own slew of issues (really, having TWEWY character and a billion mechanics and minigames, and not ONE of them is Tin Pin??).

I can't say I regret missing out on it. It really is just some higher-up's glorified fanfic epic brought to life via throwing money at various devs and hoping one of them makes something playable.

I don't remember KH2 being stiff, but it's been a long time since I played it. I'm not really into the series anymore anyway and I don't have plans to play KH3 *shrugs*

I don't remember having issues with either game either.

Never finished Chain of Memories though because of that stupid card system.

Probably won't play KH3 since I'm cheap and I'd have to buy a whole new console just to play one game.

I do go back and replay KH and KH2 from time to time though.

The camera in 1 is awkward, but that's been fixed by now. I'm replaying the entire series and... IDK, it's not that bad? Sorry not everything is Dark Souls level of strategy or something, OP.
