Undercity in WoW. I am an undead at heart and I love the ambience of UC from the music to the guards to the green slime rivers.

Hyrule Castle Town in Ocarina of Time was the best. Such a bustling place, especially in those days.

It was also the least confusing. Also, it was hilarious to see people die on the elevators. YOU WILL BE CULLED FIRST!

I will forever be in love with Fennmont in Tales of Xillia. It's just SO gorgeous.

Outside of thinking Undercity in WoW is cozy as fuck, I really like New Los Angeles in Xenoblade Chronicles X (and its surrounding areas) as far as cities go.

As far as more "natural" places, atop any Sheikah Tower in Breath of the Wild.

Uru in Panzer Dragoon Saga. It still looks gorgeous now and has some of my favourite boss fights. The tunnels under it, though, can go fuck themselves for being so confusing and boring.

Brookhaven Hospital from Silent Hill 2. For so many reasons.

The Asylum from Shadow Man, just because it was the first place in any game that scared the living shit out of twelve-year-old me and made me terrified to go any further.
