The Wizard. it was a cool fantasy show starring David Rappaport as a toy inventor/mad scientist hero. it had the incredibly bad luck to be on TV in the 80s opposite Bill Cosby and I don't know anybody besides myself who was a fan of it. (and no, the show failing is not why David Rappaport committed suicide. That was because his girlfriend left him. His friends said he wouldn't have committed suicide over a show not succeeding.)
