My family used to live in a small bungalow that had a tea rose vine. Best scent ever.

Combination of horse, leather and fresh hay. You could also switch the hay for freshly tilled soil.

Weirdly enough... tar. Cause when we were on vacation at the North Sea, there used to be a sea wall coated with it (it's not like this anymore) and it used to smell or, well tar, when it was hot outside and we children used to just lie on there after a bath in the sea cause it was warm.
