126. I don't care if you're a troll secret. Charles is the most manry, amazing character in the show. Though I much prefer younger!Charles. Him in the flashbacks? Holy shit, my screen has never been humped so furiously.
138. I've seen slash for Josh Davis, and since my highschool choir teacher was his mother, and my sister has worked with him before when he was giving swim camps. So uh... yeah, I'm feeling you there with rps being a whole different thing when you've met the person. It's weird and a little icky.
178. Okay. And that's that much worse than the anti-semitism and other blatant racism in the other movies, how? I found the hutt character extremely offensive, but no more than, say, Jar Jar, Nute Gunray, or Watto. If you're just now seeing and being offended by Star Wars including horrible, deeply prejudiced stereotypes, well, welcome to the party, but don't act like it wasn't there before. But yes, effeminate men = evil is pretty terrible. But it's not really noticeably worse than any other horrible hollywood prejudice stereotypes, when you get right down to it.

Who are these people and why are they racist/anti-semetic? Well, I know Jar Jar, kind of, never watched the movie... Basically all my familiarity with Star Wars comes through the KOTOR games and having seen the movies as a kid. I'm curious now.

The Neimoidians (http://www.nationmaster.com/encyclopedia/List-of-Star-Wars-races%23Neimoidian#N) are characterized as hive-minded, greedy traders with noticeably heavy asian accents and tilted eyes. Their greed allows them to be manipulated by a white guy (Palpatine) into letting Palpatine do what he wants with the galaxy. So even though it's a white dude who causes all the problems, when he's using Jar Jar and the Trade Federation to accomplish it, one begins to wonder what the implications of it all are.
And while you can argue that the imperials were given British accents, I think it's interesting that that has actually been retconned into just being a "Coruscanti" accent, making it posh and high-class. A totally different implication, all things considered.

If you're not? Good for you. But that doesn't change the fact that my assumption has a basis in simple statistics. Or that most people are going to make that same assumption.
You want to be freed from people guessing that you've got an LJ? Get one. It takes five minutes.

The OP, however, is refering to this stereotype (http://www.afterelton.com/archive/elton/movies/2005/3/gayvillains.html), more than they are to Star Wars in general. Effeminate men in movies are portrayed as sinister, sneaking cowards who would rather hide their actions behind others, while foppishly lounging around and sneering with limp wrists. All things concerned, the gay villain is put there to give people a natural aversion to the character.
But now I'm confused, what's this with effeminate characters in Star Wars? I didn't recall that many existing.

There are many effeminate Star Wars characters; Bib Fortuna and C-3PO, for example. I noticed some others, but I don't feel like spending the day going through wookiepedia and grabbing names. XD

I'm not the OP, and uh, I consider myself a fan of Star Wars. But if the OP is going to start talking about real world prejudice with Star Wars aliens showing through, there's a lot more to be mentioned than what they find so unforgiveable.
