I found the hutt character extremely offensive, but no more than, say, Jar Jar, Nute Gunray, or Watto. If you're just now seeing and being offended by Star Wars including horrible, deeply prejudiced stereotypes, well, welcome to the party, but don't act like it wasn't there before. But yes, effeminate men = evil is pretty terrible. But it's not really noticeably worse than any other horrible hollywood prejudice stereotypes, when you get right down to it.
