Peter Pettigrew was manipulated into betraying James and Lily by Dumbledore, because he knew their deaths would also kill Voldemort...

What? LIke, I get people thinking Dubledore was terrible and wrong in everything he did and even evil. I don't necessarily agree, but I get it. But this doesn't seem to match anything in actual canon.
