Re: Should I see a doctor?

When I had something similar happen I looked it up and it seemed to be a poor posture thing? Like I hunched my shoulders and neck and upper back forward because I spend a lot of time sitting and reading. At first I tried a couple of stretches meant to help with that, like trying to touch my elbows together behind my back and stuff, but it hurt even worse. So I took a couple ibuprofen and laid on a pack of frozen peas until I could move without yelping, and then tried again. By the next day it had stopped hurting, and I try not to slouch so much.

That makes sense. I've had a stressful few days at work, so I may have been sitting funny. And I had a massage on Saturday, so maybe loosening muscles that have been tight for a really long time made it easier to injure. I've got an ice pack on it right now. I'm going to bring a cushion for my work chair tomorrow so I can lean my head against it.
