This secrets and all the comments reminded me of that awful year my high school decided to blast Christmas carols through the PA system whenever class wasn't in session. They stopped doing it after three days, but only after someone (or multiple someones) vandalized most of the speakers. I still can't help but smell the ghost scent of cafeteria food whenever I hear Jingle Bells Rock.
