Being a straight man doesn't automatically mean you're closed off from your emotions. And being a gay man doesn't automatically mean you're more emotionally open.

I would also add that female-dominated spaces are some of the most toxic and hateful environments I've ever been in. Fandom, for example.

It's true, but the statistical patterns are pretty stark.

OP never said anything about women/women dominant spaces being better or that men should be more like women, they said it'd be better if straight men could be more emotionally open and supportive of each other without fear of reproach.

What? You seem to be projecting, bub.

"fandom" is not a space, it is many, many spaces. if you consistently find only toxic fandom spaces, the problem might not be fandom. or women.

You either need to read secrets more carefully or leave whatever baggage you're carrying before you respond.

OP never said that being a straight man means you're closed off from your emotions.
OP never said that being a gay man means you're more emotionally open.
OP never said even implied that female-dominated spaces are better.
OP never said anything about female-dominated spaces at all.

And calling "fandom" a female dominated space as if that's true for all fandoms everywhere is just really, really silly but frankly, your entire post has been so bizarrely out of left field I'm not surprised you're trying to claim that.

>>Acting as if youtube comment sections don't exist.

Maybe it's the toxic hate you're bringing to it?
