I'm in a community for self-published authors but I haven't actually self-published anything yet. I bought a pre-made book cover from a site and it's been over a month and I didn't get the cover yet. The site says if you don't get it within a couple of days, email them. So I did. And they haven't responded. I want to post about this on the community but I'm weirdly anxious about it? I'm not sure what to do.

Absolutely post. You don't have to do a big call out, just state the facts like you told us and ask for other people's experiences.

You could email again first, wait a few days, and then if you still don't get a response post about it on the community.
