What are your favorite names and why?

I like Scottish boys names like Angus and Hamish.

For girls, probably Siobhan or Niamh.

I am Scottish and for most of my childhood they seemed such old man names to me. It is weird but nice to see them come back into circulation for wee boys again. Along with Alfred/Alfie, though that is more English.

I think old fashioned names are definitely on the comeback. There's a little girl called Nora in my village, which I definitely think of as an old lady's name.

I prefer gender neutral names. I just feel that gives a person a lot more freedom as they grow up. Though for all celeb 'odd names' it does mean that I guess any name is gender neutral now and that can only be a good thing.

Yeah, okay, Let me know when you see a male Jennifer, Siobhan, or Amanda!

Any name is gender neutral means bascially most originally male names, most nicknames, and any surname repurposed as a first name. So as long as you stick to stuff like like Alex, Ashley, Bailey, Riley, etc.
