People who ask you for a favor then complain about how you did it. Like if someone (*coughGrandmacough*) asks me to set the table but is then like, "Ohh, I really wish you would have put the forks on this side." Or I had a woman at work ask to borrow my pencil and then she complained about the eraser on it. It's small, petty shit, but it irks me.

This is my dad. And it is driving me crazy right now. I have to do everything since he's still using a walker, but he has a comment on everything I do. It especially drives me crazy when I'm driving. No, dad, making comments while I drive is not helping. It is distracting.

Fuck yes. The two people I drive around as a favour the most are my brother and my father. My brother doesn't have a car or a license anymore since he was caught driving under the influence of weed and I play taxi for my father when he's too drunk to drive himself. Whenever they think they need to complain about the way I drive I remind them that one of them can shut it considering he hasn't been driving for years and the other could simply not drink so much and drive himself if what I'm doing sucks so much.

Tailgaters. People who run red lights. People who switch lanes where there is nowhere near enough room to do so. Also people who don't let other people in and purposefully make it difficult to switch lanes.

People who click their nails constantly. Like picking them. One nail under the other and flicking it away. My dad does it because both his parents do and it is a sound that just goes right through me. I hate it.

When I put a washcloth someplace at for drying hands (usually on the stove handle) and someone keeps tossing them in the wash or using them for other things. I JUST WANT TO DRY MY HANDS DAMN IT.

I also can't stand when people leave their cellphone in the office so they are not their to answer it as it rings over and over.

OMG THIS! I have a nice dishcloth on the handle of the stove and the handle of the 'fridge for your hands. STOP USING UP ALL THE FUCKING PAPER TOWELS!!

Also, stop using my nice dishcloths to wipe up shite you SPILLED ON THE FLOOR. That's what the paper towels/rags under the sink are for.

When people try to make plans for right now instead of two days from now or something.

Are you home? No. Well, yes. I am home. In my comfy clothes with my hair up because I haven't washed it yet. Don't come over.

People who try and get on the elevator before you've gotten off.

People who are closer to the elevator door than you but wait for you to get off first, all, "Go ahead!" I have only have had guys do this to me but it's annoying as fuck regardless. You're closer to the door. GET OUT. I WILL FOLLOW.

People claiming you get free stuff if you support their Patreon. If I'm paying money, it isn't free.

I'm annoyed at myself for being annoyed at something that was clearly well-meaning.

Heh. I feel for that checkout lady. I used to get customers like that when I worked at a bookstore here in town. It was especially bad if they called to place an order over the phone and decided that was the perfect time to start rambling on about their lives/health woes/reasons why they don't come into town very often (many of our customers came from the rural towns nearby, 'cause our city was the big shopping center for this area).

From the first page: "[random thing] is [group] culture!"

No, it's just a dumb meme from last month that you've abused to death.

Or "[Hit movie/song/whatever] defines this generation/is this generation's [other hit movie/song whatever from 30 years ago that was way bigger and was much more memorable]!"

The lack of gen fic. Damn it, I just want Buffy and Giles mentor/mentee bonding fics. But everything is shippy.

I hate wearing gloves while I’m gardening and cleaning, and after scrubbing down a bunch of stuff and doing lots of dishes the last couple days, my hands are dry and cracking.

Work pet peeve: Instructors have had access to our courses for over two weeks now, and wait until the last three days before class officially starts to ask for changes.

Meme posts that rely on prior knowledge of the meme in order to understand the joke. Took me the hell forever to understand why people were getting so angry over random sets of four images before I found out what the loss.jpg meme was.

But that's the whole point of memes.

sorry oops, favor #5 is not gonna happen unless you do me at least 1 favor.

i'm not one to keep track but if it's one person asking for them all the time and never doing anyone else a favor when they ask, people will start to notice and will not give you any more favors.
