Am I the only person who actually liked Leo? He made some bad decisions, but he generally tried to stick to 'for the greater good'
Hated Prue, she came across as a very stuck up bitch, although that seems to be more of a reflection on the actress than the character.
Piper was alright, but she could *never* be wrong. Very demanding and bitchy when she didn't get her way.
Phoebe was great, most of the time. Needed a redemption of Cole arc, and a happy ever after for them.
Paige started off a nightmare, but became better as time went on.

I liked Leo. I agree about Prue. Piper was my favorite. Phoebe went back and forth for me. Sometimes she was great, sometimes she was terrible. I liked Paige a lot. But in the last couple of seasons, everyone was terrible. Except maybe Leo if only because the show acknowledged that he was having issues with losing his son and making mistakes. The whole girls could do no wrong mantra of seasons 6 and 7 frustrated me and made me lose interest.
