Like, not only are the comments so unnecessarily rude, but he completely ignores the history of immigrant cuisine and culture that's shaped what Chinese American food is. No, it's not like eating in China, but that doesn't mean it's not authentic, and that doesn't mean it's not good.

Anyone planning on opening a fuckin' tiki bar doesn't get to throw stones.

Already opened, even. And it couldn't even get fried rice right.

"Another basic item, the fried rice, was minimally and unevenly seasoned, absent of any crisp or wok-induced char. Even the bits of char siu, which one would normally expect to contribute some flavor, were tasteless. The dish required more than a little dousing with soy sauce and chile oil, provided to the table in Lucky Cricket-branded bottles."
