So I went through a bout of hellish UTIs when I was younger...

make sure it's 100% cranberry juice, not some sort of sweetened juice blend or some shit. If it's not 100% it'll make the problem worse. If it doesn't taste like you're drinking liquid death, you're doing it wrong. Also, seriously, just fucking chug the water as fast as you can handle it without getting sick. I'd get home from work and drink a glass of cranberry juice + a fucking gallon of water and just let it work through the pipes and it helped a lot.

And make sure you're keeping up on your hygiene down there. Keep it rinsed if you're getting sweaty, keep your clothes clean so bacteria isn't buildig up, etc. And be gentle when you wipe. It won't make a huge difference but depending on what kind of infection it is, you want to make sure you aren't further irritating things.

Other than that, there's not much you can do.
