Do you follow celebrities you like on social media?

(Anonymous) 2019-01-07 12:43 am (UTC)(link)The worst any of them has done is repond to trolls for whatever reason and the meanest things I've seen him say are "you're wrong" and "go away" which I feel like is pretty mild compared to what he could say (and would probably be justified in saying based on what they say to him). He also said something the other day that I LOVED and it just made me like him even more. The others I follow either don't post much and when they do it's mundane, innocuous things like pets/food/family members, or they post really positive things.
There have been people I really liked but that I've stopped following/supporting because they've said bigoted, discriminatory things or just turned out to be horrible people in general. I've gotten shit for it (you should give them a chance, they're only human, people make mistakes, etc. or even worse "but free speech!" like free speech means I have to support someone who says something awful just because they technically have the right to say it).
So yeah. I'd rather know.

I think Sebastian Stan is lovely, but I have no interest in knowing that he got up and got coffee in his sweatpants one morning or whatever.
Caveat: I follow Chris Evans on Twitter: he loathes tRump and his political posts are awesome.
Re: Do you follow celebrities you like on social media?
It's a bummer, but I'd still rather know. The worst is the celebs that only tweet out promotional info and never actually say anything, tho.
