Stay on your insurance and try and see someone else sooner, or call your PC doctor's office back and ask to see a nurse practitioner or something. It's not like they *need* the doc to do the pee test.

That is way long to wait, and it could get a lot worse in the interim.

Lots of water, yes, lots of cranberry juice, no baths, don't put yourself into a position to have to wait to pee, that will exacerbate the issue.
