Unsweetened cranberry juice helps, although it tastes a bit like bile. If you can get miracle berry tablets they won’t do anything for the infection, but they block sour taste receptors on your tongue for a bit, and if you dissolve a bit on your tongue before chugging the cranberry juice it’ll taste less disgusting. Try to avoid eating or drinking anything really sugary.

I’ve used celery seed tea (boil water, add celery seeds, let steep, drain out seeds, chug—adding to mint tea makes it less gross) before which is basically just a diuretic. Whatever else you do, drink lots of water and go pee frequently.
