Are there any walk-in clinics you can go to? Over a week is a really long time to sit on an infection, tbh, especially one that can so easily travel up into your kidneys or bladder. Hell, you might even consider just eating the $40 cost and doing an online doctor, because honestly all you need is a prescription for antibiotics-- I've done this before in a pinch, and it works just fine.

If there is absolutely no way that you can do anything but wait until seeing your primary care guy, then drink just. So much water. So much. You need to be peeing a lot, and peeing perfectly clear. Cranberry does help as long as it's 100% juice, and there's also a supplement called D-Mannose that can help flush your urinary tract out a bit. Mostly the water, though.
