Outside of year-end financial closing, I just finished my first PC build! It's my first desktop in nearly 20 years, and the first time I've used Windows as my at-home OS in...10? So I'm having a blast setting this thing up.

I've always wanted to try building my own desktop, but even pre-built electronics tend to hate me, I can only imagine trying to touch all the important stuff with my voodoo-filled little fingers.

My problem is I'm bad at details. ...that lead to my build time being hours longer than it should have because I forgot to measure ONE PART and overestimated my GPU clearance, so I had to reconfigure everything... and then learning the hard way that creating a bootable USB for Windows on a Mac is a PAIN IN THE ASS.
