I mean Tyler Dryden is the big one - I also hear to be wary of Tarantino fanbros (and I will admit while I do like Tarantino’s films he has a lot of toxic fans)

I'm a big film geek who loves Tarantino but every fandom has its jerks and crazies.

Of course - it’s less about fandom though and more about people who aren’t big film geeks, but love Tarantino (but not Reservour Dogs cause that ones gay and not Kill Bill cause they don’t care about women and they’ve probably never even heard of Jackie Brown) and won’t stop telling you about Pulp Fiction at a party.

Which I have admittedly met a lot of guys like that.

I'm not a big fan of Tarantino, but I fucking LOVE "Jackie Brown" with "Reservoir Dogs" not far behind.

I can kind of see why "Jackie Brown" might not be tops in a Tarantino fan's list because it's based on an Elmore Leonard novel ("Rum Punch," which is a pretty good novel on its own) and it kind of shows because tonally "Jackie Brown" is a little off-the-beam for typical Tarantino. I mean, it's so far off that I often forget he wrote and directed "Jackie Brown."

But a self-proclaimed Tarantino fan who doesn't like "Reservoir Dogs" and "Kill Bill"? Yeah, I side-eye that.
