Hey guys, I did all the tasks I usually procrastinate ON TIME! The bin is already out for collection in the morning! Laundry is in the drier! The bills are all paid and they're EARLY this month! I am have been a competent adult so far this year and I'm in need of a bit of a validating metaphorical hugfest, so ... share the stuff you've done lately, and get a an internet high-five!

I procrastinated on most household chores over the weekend, as always, but at least I got the laundry done yesterday rather than do it last minute today (as I usually do) and cleaned the kitchen and did the dishes right after cooking, rather than procrastinate for a day or two (or until I've run out of dishes D:)

I ran out of space on my bookshelf after getting new books for Christmas and finally bagged up a bunch to take to the charity shop. I love my books but I've read them all and realised I was hanging on to a lot of them for sentimental reasons ("But I got this one on my 22nd birthday/first day of my new job/from someone I didn't even like") so I got ruthless. Now have room for loads of lovely new ones.
