I can sorta understand the prompt thing (even if forcing people to fill them is a bit too much IMO) but the rest is a huge NOPE. There are ANON kink memes for a reason, so IP logging is a bit too much.

Still, I wouldn't call it a hopeless situation and it's for a small fandom anyway. I'd say they should brush up on some of the rules and allow anons to remain anons and polish some of the rules to make it more fandom friendly.
