I love Coach as a brand, so I was never confused between it and Coachella. But there was quite a while, a few years ago, where I kept hearing people talk about Coachella and not knowing what it was.

I understood Coachella before I understood SXSW though, mainly because I kept hearing people say South By South West, but then when they'd write it they'd just write SXSW, which kept me confused for a while.

Wow, yes, that *is* confusing.

Which is why i don't like initials for titles and most portmanteau names.
Well, in the case of names, most of them are just stupid as hell, but if you're not familiar, they make *no* sense and are impossible to guess.
