That's what I thought too. I'd have expected the posing thing to be the default, not the exception.

It's like being weirded out that people use action figures to do action scenes or something. Isn't doing pretend-stuff the point of dolls?

Some people just keep stuff in the original boxes without ever opening them.

I don't do that but I just display them in a glass cabinet meant for displaying collectibles. I thought that was what most people did.

But even then, do you just put them in there with no care about poses or positioning? I do the same thing but I still make little "scenes" - even if it's as simple as just making sure related collectables are next to each other.
