My husband is older than I and he literally naturally has no hair on torso, hands or legs. Mixture of German and Polish genes sure must've done something weird because the head and armpits and beard are the only bodily hair that grows on him. The point is that body hair has no relation to maturity. If you don't have a lot of body hair, that doesn't mean that you're immature.
