I guess I'm doing them for myself because knitting stripes is fun; if a friend wants one I'll be happy to gift them, if not, well, I'm keeping them.
Not for sale though, I'm not dedicated enough, don't really need the money and there already are so many knitters selling their stuff on Etsy (one even does socks! amazing socks! https://www.etsy.com/listing/671982349/made-to-order-socks-pride-lgbt-pride)
