Put on music that cheers you up and sing / dance along. It is a good distraction and can lift your mood.

Sometimes it helps to sit down and write out how you're feeling, and a what is actually reasonable. (Aka I feel like I'm useless/lazy, but realistically, I'm just getting over a cold, had a very stressful week, etc., and I'm doing the best I can.) And reminding yourself that it'll be good enough

I read advice about looking in the mirror and telling yourself I love you. Or picking one body part and saying a loving rather than hateful thing about it, until you can start teaching yourself to be compassionate and caring towards yourself. I'm trying that one.
