Teleportation. Nothing beats teleportation. if you are restricting this to real life, then trains.

Dragon riding, or maybe gryphon riding. One or the other. Or just plain flying under your own power—the kind of gravity-defying floating-flight of someone like Superman, or having wings.

Horse. Bikes fall over if you nap or try to eat a cup of noodles on them. They're the best thing to ride uphill too. No pedals.

For things that actually exist in real life, probably a business jet. Fighter jets are not in any way comfortable, hypersonic vehicles take a lot of prep, commercial jets use a lot of fuel, prop planes are really loud, hot air balloons are hit-or-miss with the destination, sometimes literally, trains are fine, but tend to take a while, kayaking is really nice, but takes time and effort.

When I was very young, I coveted those kid-sized cars, not the pedal ones, the battery-powered ones. I thought they were so cool.
