For things that actually exist in real life, probably a business jet. Fighter jets are not in any way comfortable, hypersonic vehicles take a lot of prep, commercial jets use a lot of fuel, prop planes are really loud, hot air balloons are hit-or-miss with the destination, sometimes literally, trains are fine, but tend to take a while, kayaking is really nice, but takes time and effort.

When I was very young, I coveted those kid-sized cars, not the pedal ones, the battery-powered ones. I thought they were so cool.
