As kinky subjectivity goes, I could go for Hermione in either d/s role but it's hard for me to picture Harry as a dom.

I can see him being willing to try it, but either freaking out or getting an uncontrollable case of the giggles and just pissing his partner off.

I can see Hermione liking to get tied up flogged once in a while because it lets her relax and get out of her head and not have to be in control.

I don't think Ron would be particularly into it, but I think he'd be willing to do it because it's something she likes, and with a little practice (and an opportunity to get over his initial freak-out at the possibility of accidentally pushing her too far) I think he'd be a good service top.
