did you read the secret? childfree character discovers actually she wants child after all is the trope. "all my friends have delicious babies and im nursing an empty womb" implies bitterness

Exactly. OP is not childfree she's childless and whining about it and maybe gets off on seeing female characters forced into motherhood to fulfill her fantasies.
