There's a difference between drawing someone with legitimately large boobs or a noticeably curvaceous butt, and outright drawing anatomically impossible poses in order to exaggerate them absurdly.

I'd add "to create curves/a butt in the first place". There's several examples of this pose where it's clear the butt is basically non-existant and only curves out because of the posing.
