i think people would have let you know by now if you are, mostly because the world at large isn't always nice

it's probably significant if "stupid" is the first insult most people opt for when they're trying to be mean to you / mean about you in general, vs other possible negative stuff like bitchy or stuck up or rude - because that's the first and foremost negative trait they subjectively perceive in you

i'm probably overthinking this

... you're probably not that stupid. Stupid people usually don't bother to ask whether they're stupid or not. If you're wondering about it, you're at least more self-aware than many other people.

most people are stupid, ourselves included, we're just all stupid in different ways

some of the most intellectual people i know are the most emotionally stupid

some of the nicest, kindest people i know are the most intellectually stupid

and then there's people that are just all-around stupid

but i don't think there's anyone on earth that isn't stupid in some form or another

You don't. Dunning-Kruger.

Best thing to do is to start off with the assumption you're stupid, and work from there. This is how I deal with it.

Stupid is a poor way to characterize a person. Are they ignorant? If so, is it chosen, arrogant, poor education, youth, lack of life experience, etc? Does the person have a mental health issue, brain damage, learning disability, etc? For yourself, try to figure out what you need and want in life, what you can do to minimize your weaknesses and maximize your strengths. Should you become a mathematical if you have dyscalculia? Probably not. Unless it's your passion and you're willing to work harder and learn coping skills. No one is smart all the time, but being willing to examine one's behavior and choices, double check your work, seek expertise when needed, and above all not arrogantly think you know everything...how can you ever be truly "stupid?"
